How to Stay on Track with Workouts





Hello there!!  Today I am sharing how I try to stay on track with my workouts!  I have found that I get less motivated to workout... and get out of my warm bed, especially in the mornings!  I did this one before the beach and it really helped me stay on track!!!

Here is my workout cross off that I use to try to stay motivated with working out!!  Every time that I workout or do any qualifying activity (20 minute walk outside), then I would cross one of my numbers off!!! 30 workouts to my GOAL!  We can do this!! Wahoo!!!
