Happy February!! Can you believe we finally made it through January?! Whew, that was a long month!  Today I will talking about making goals for weight loss!  Re-evaluating goals, words of the year, and how I break down large goals to more attainable ones!!


Here is my goal board!  Every month I have a new goal!  The month of February is no personal purchases!  Eeeek!  We will see how that goes!!

The goals at the bottom are more longer-term goals!!  Bigger goals to word towards!
